FAQ: Will I be allowed to travel on weekends?
Weekends are generally off days given to you for traveling and exploring the places around you unless specified in the opportunity or if your EP buddy has planned activities for you. You are free to explore the places around provided that you take care of your safety and keep your EP buddy well informed about your whereabouts. What are my responsibilities in an AIESEC exchange?
Leadership is all about taking responsibility. The AIESEC exchange is a catalyst that helps you make a difference to the world and responsibility is accepting that you are the cause and solution of the matter. FAQ: Do I need an Invitation letter from AIESEC for my Visa?
The Invitation Letter (or IL) provided by AIESEC helps speed up your Visa process. The IL serves as proof that you have been officially invited to the aforementioned Country to Volunteer on a particular project. You can contact your local AIESEC representative in order to obtain your IL after you have applied for an opportunity after your initial Leadership Development Assessment (LDA) and signing your Acceptance Note (AN). When will I get my certificate?
An Exchange Participant (you) gets his/her certificate after the completion of their AIESEC exchange. The certificate is duly mailed to the concerned person. But wait. If you haven't received your certificate yet, this might be the reason. Standards and the NPS survey is due: Once you complete the duration of your opportunity, you will receive a mail

I signed up but no one is assigned to me as manager. What should I do now?
First, let's see where you can find your EP MANAGER pr Experience Manager? (EP Manager- Exchange Participant Manager) Step1: Go to your profile by clicking the round box available in the right corner. Step2: On the left corner beneath your name, you can see the assigned EP Manager! OR Scroll down in your profile, beneath the Resume column you can see the EP Manager.
Will there be someone to look after me once I reach the Country for exchange?
Yes, you will be assigned an "EP buddy or Manager" who will assist you with your day-to-day errands once you are in the Country for exchange till your way back home. You can always look up to your EP buddy in case of any doubts or help that you require. An EP buddy is an important resource provided to you by the Host AIESEC entity, in case if you aren't assigned an EP buddy even after reaching the Country for exchange, you can contact your AIESEC manager back home and inform them about the
